If the User chooses to participate in a panel, The SurveyHub will, in addition to the Registration Data, collect any other relevant information, additional data including personal data as well as such fee as it deems necessary for the purpose of enabling such participation.

  • In the course of surveys, conducted online, via phone or face to face interaction, etc.;

  • Data the User actively provides The SurveyHub during their participation (for example, by means of applications or devices (collectively referred to as "Panel Data")

The SurveyHub further reserves the right to analyse and evaluate such Panel Data, aggregate the Panel Data with the Panel Data of other participants and use the Panel Data for market research purposes.

Legal obligations and legal defence

The SurveyHub may be required to use and retain personal data for legal and compliance reasons, such as the prevention, detection, or investigation of a crime, loss prevention, fraud or any other abuse of their services and IT systems.   • Individuals authorized to view the responses, whether they are representatives of the study sponsor or third parties, are not permitted to disclose personally identifiable information (PII) about participants/ Users to others in their organization or other organizations
  • Any information that could potentially identify a participant/ User (e.g., name, address, place of employment, social security number, zip code) will not be collected by, or transmitted to the sponsor of the study
  • The information provided by the User will be treated in the strictest confidence and will be aggregated with other participants
  • Only the consolidated results will be presented to the sponsor of the study, in order to provide an overview of the attitudes in the therapeutic areas that are the subject of this study. No answer can be attributed to respondent/ User by name

In terms of this Privacy Policy the User can be assured that The SurveyHub will protect their privacy and will not make their personal information available to anyone without obtaining the concerned User’s agreement, unless it is for research purposes only or if required by law. International Transfers of Personal Data

The Personal data submitted through this website resides on The SurveyHub servers located at their data centre in USA. The User’s personal data may be transferred to one or more The SurveyHub affiliated companies and/or sister concerns in other countries and used for the purposes described previously. To facilitate The SurveyHub's global operations, they may transfer and access Personal Information from around the world, including the United States. This Privacy Policy shall apply even in case which involve transfer of Personal Information to other countries.

By using this website, the User consents to the transfer, storage, use and disclosure of their personal data among affiliated companies and non-affiliated service providers of The SurveyHub, wherever located. It is clarified that The SurveyHub's service providers are contractually bound to respect the confidentiality of the User’s personal data.

Retention of Your Personal Data

Access to Personal Data

The SurveyHub may upon written request in this regard, received from the User make available such User’s personal data in their custody or control collected, used or disclosed, by the User per the terms of usage and this Privacy Policy to the extent required and/or permitted by law.

To make such a disclosure request, requesting access to the User’s personal information the User will be required to submit such a request in writing to info@thesurveyhub.com. Upon receipt of such request The SurveyHub will attempt to process the same within 30 days, including requests regarding the personal data in its possession or control about the User, what it is being used for, and to whom it has been disclosed, if applicable.

In certain situations, however, it may not be legally tenable or otherwise feasible to handover such access to the User’s data even upon request received in this regard from such User and in such cases appropriate reasons shall be made available to the User for refusal in this regard.
